Licensed card room originally owned by Merwyn (Butch) K. Reynolds and Kenneth Milo. In 2002, they sold the club to Frank Fox who previously owned the "Fremont Card Room" at the same address (see "Was"). Also called the "Busted Flush Casino", or the "Busted Flush Poker Casino".

Reynolds and Milo also owned the "Oceana Club" in Oceano, CA.
