Night club owned by brothers, Gabriel, Manuel, and Tony Souza, who were immigrants from Portugal. The club was raided in 1947 and the brothers arrested and charged with operating illegal gambling games. Owned by the brothers until 1954, when the building was torn down as part of a downtown redevelopment project. Also called the "Souza Brothers Tavern" (see "Archive").

T. R. King sold 4300 of these large crown chips in six colors to M. S. Souza, Souza Brothers, 226 South J Street, Tulare, California, between 1938 and 1945.
