Owned by Dan Swafford in the 1930s. In 1948 Frank Napoli paid a federal gambling machine tax for the club. Owned by Victor Lombardo in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

T. R. King sold 1300 of these small crown chips in four denominations to the Jockey Club, 137 Franklin Street, between 1959 and 1961.
