| Also called the "One Hundred One Club". It was originally at 101 E. Main Street. It moved during the 1950s to 128 South 1st Street, then to 140 South 1st. during the 1960s and 1970s. Finally, it moved to 101 South 1st before it closed around 2007.
During its long history, Manuel Gomez owned the clubs in the 1940s, John Hugh Allen in the 1950s, Doc Finch and Ralph Cain during the 1960s, and Al Hester owned the club and card room during the 1990s. Unclear when gaming ended.
The attribution of the H&C "101" hot stamp chips is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998).
