Also called the "Five Thirty Four Card Room". Owned by James Quartiano. First appears in the San Diego Yellow Pages in 1947, although The Gaming Table (5th Ed., 2017) reports it being open in 1942, and closed in 1945.

T. R. King shipped 250 of these large crown chips in three colors to James A. Wilkerson, 1107 W. 25th Street, Los Angeles, CA in 1947. Bernon R. Perry was also listed as someone that could order these chips.
