Richard L. Chartrand was a co-owner of "Barney's Club" in Lake Tahoe when it opened in 1961.

T. R. King sold at least 1500 of these small crown chips in eight colors and denominations to Dick Chartrand [Richard Lewis Chartrand], 230 Harvard, Fresno, California. between 1955 and 1958. The address was a single family dwelling.
