A private men's club located on the roof of the El Tejon Hotel. The club was owned by Mack Stonehill and Kenneth Owens, who also co-owned the El Tejon Hotel from 1964 to 1965 (see "Archive").

T. R. King sold 2,500 of these small crown chips in four denominations to Stonehill, Penthouse, El Tejon Hotel, Bakersfield, California, between 1964 and 1965.
