An upscale nightclub that was granted a card room license in 1942. Reportedly owned by John J. Carey and "fan dancer" Sally Rand. Also referred to as "Sally Rand's Hollywood Club".

T. R. King sold 4500 of these large crown chips in five denominations to Harold J. Lavick, Hollywood Club, 204 San Pablo Avenue, El Cerrito, California, in 1942.
