Owned in the late 1950s and 1960s by Leonard L. Smith, who also owned the "Grand Club" in Tracy, which also had gaming. License card playing reported beginning 1959 (see "Archive").

Originally located at 738 Central Avenue, it moved to 207-211 W. 11th in 1957, and then to 548 East Alisal Street in 1960.
