Owned in the 1940s by James K. Chakos, Charilaos Litsas, and Basil Halkas. The club was raided in 1949, with four arrested, for offering an illegal form of poker called "Hokey Pokey". Chips and cards were seized (see Archive). Unclear when gaming ended.

T. R. King sold 1500 of these large crown chips in five colors to K. Chakos, Bank Club, 2053 Montgomery St., Oroville, California, in 1947.
