February 20, 1890, a treaty is signed between the town of Beaulieu and Leopold Gardanne, for the construction of a municipal casino . In March 6, 1902 the dealer shall be revoked the concession right decision by City Council. The project was never realized. The design of a second casino project is made about 1926. This project located by the sea, never been done. The casino, called Villa des Fleurs, is built by the sea in 1928. At the same time the Société Anonyme du Casino des Fleurs de Beaulieu is created .The building was inaugurated January 26, 1929. It will very soon be in trouble and will only be open during the 1929-1930 season - 1931 and 1933 ... From 1946 to 2010 (except 1991 tax seasons, 1992 and 1996), the municipal casino operates. However, the 1990 season will stop at 31 December 1989 (61 days) and the 1993 season only last three months. The SAS Grand Casino de Beaulieu is formed January 30, 1997 and games open June 19, 1997. Its liquidation was issued October 6, 2010.
The Casino of Beaulieu-sur-Mer is expected to reopen on 1st November 2014. The casino will replace the former Partouche Grand Casino de Beaulieu placed in liquidation in October 2010.The gambling concession was awarded to the group SAS Casino du Golfe, owner of the Casino de Cavalaire and the Casino de Noiretable, that will operate under its subsidiary Societé d´Exploitation du Casino de Beaulieu sur Mer S.A.S.
