The club originally opened around 1966 at 10081 Saratoga Avenue in Santa Clara. In 1975, it moved to 335 Saratoga Avenue, on the same block as the "Casino Card Club", and changed its name to "Saratoga Casino" (see "Became"). From San Jose Gambling (2020) Ted Ramos.

The chips with the "Saratoga" name were originally used at the "Garden City Club", and were recycled by adding a new center sticker with the club name.
