Owned by Reno Lanfranco (RL), from 1940, until his death in 1989. In 1948, Lanfranco was arrested for operating five slot machines in his club (see "Archive").

According to the The Gaming Table (2017), Bill Ragland was also a manager or partner in the club. It re-opened in 1992, at the same address as "Reno's Ace of Clubs Casino", a licensed card room.
