From Steve Passalacqua, February 2019: I went to a guys house to pick up some Tahoe chips. He was a casino dealer most of his life, over 30 years. at Harrah's Tahoe, Harvey's, Sahara Tahoe and Caesars Palace Las Vegas. We got to talking and he told me he ran a one table poker game in 1983, 84 in the back of NOBLE'S SALOON, 21178 Calistoga Rd., Middletown, California. So…….. I said do you have any chips from there. He brought out a box of 97 L molds, 58-$1, 38-$5 and 1 $25. The denomination is on one side and his first name on the other. His name is Bendi Bendinelli, he is 80 something. It was not a licensed game, but ran for about a year and open to the public, it was not a private game. The bar opened about 1937 and is still open today. I bought the box he had. He told me he might have more but they tossed out a lot of things several years ago and he would look. As of today no more chips have been found.
