Bluement - owned by “Tinney” Cosgrove (p. 47), and operated/managed by Sam Weingard (p. 91)- was connected by a hallway to the Francis Hotel in La Salle - open from the 1940s to the 1950s. It was last raided 2/12/1955. (p. 204)
