Originally licensed for 25 tables and co-owned by Bud Long and George Sarantos. Sarantos also co-owned with his brother the "500 Club" in Clovis. Its license was expanded to 35 tables in 1998, and to 51 tables in 2021.

The casino was first located at 1033 Van Ness Avenue, and in 2021 moved to 3905 North Cedar Avenue, in the Granite Park neighborhood.

20th Anniversary - 1995-2015. The light red "cloud" on the typical inlay is still visible but the entire inlay background is a dark pink. Believed to be a Paul-son GPI product.
