In 1912 the SA Balneario de Ereaga requested the construction on the beach line of a building for bathing and casino, to replace the existing one in wood. The building had two floors, situated on the ground floor of the bathing areas, the lobby and a large meeting room and conviviality.This floor communicated directly with the beach. On the second floor was the Casino, with several rooms for recreation, reading, gym, billiards, gambling rooms. The building underwent refurbishment in 1919 and 1932, and currently houses a hotel.
