Originally owned by Andrew Escalona and Ray Kellog. In 1953, the club was bought by Arcelia "SID" O'Brien. During the 1950s, the card room in the "Bamboo Club" was operated by L. C. Bates. In the 1960s, it was operated by Jess Coppenger, who ordered more chips from T. R. King.

During the 1970s, the "Bamboo Lounge" was owned by Charlie Griep, who likely used the "GRIEPS" TH&C chips.
