The bar, restaurant, and licensed card room owned and operated by Renato "Ray" A. Chinca [RC] from the 1952 until his death in 1997. Also called the "Vet's Club". Still open today (as of 2023) as a bar, with gaming long gone. It is advertised as Mt. Shasta's oldest bar.

The attribution of the DiSq-mold and SqInCr-mold "RC" hot stamp chips is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998).
