Mason & Co. sold 4500 of these "OPSC" hub mold chips in three colors to the Ocean Park Pier Amusement Corporation, Ocean Park, California, on 10/5/1938. Armin Pfaender's California Chip Guide (2004) associates these chips with an "Ocean Park Social Club".

Max Kleiger was the owner of the "Ocean Park Pier Amusement Corp" which reportedly had a monopoloy on skill game operations in Ocean Park from 1940 to 1951. He also owned the :Club Monacoā€¯, the "Club Del Mar", and was associated with the "Bonzo Club", all in Ocean Park.
