Owned by Tommy Taylor and Sparky Williams. Ownership and dates of operation are from The Gaming Table (5th Ed., 2017). Also called the "Niles Point Card Room". Previously this was the address of the "Nile Point" cocktail lounge.

The attribution of these "T&S" and "H" H&C mold chips is traced to Armin Pfaender's California Chip Guide (2004). He also reports that they were used at the "Winfall Casino" as tournament chips in the 1990s. Not listed in Eastman (1998).
