C.W. Rice shipped the JB/denomination L-mold chips below to Jesse Brown at 1291 35th Avenue, Sacramento, California, in 1975. The address was his single family home. Brown owned the "After Six Club" (1967-1979) a bar and licensed card room at 3600 Rio Linda Boulevard, in Sacramento.

The attribution of these chips to "Stuffy's" is traced to Armin Pfaender's California Chip Guide (2004). Not in Eastman (1998). No known connection between Jesse Brown and Stuffy's Card Room, which opened in 1988. The attribution of the chips is in doubt.
