Cigar store and licensed card room originally owned by Charles (Coogie) McDonough, and bought by Ray Legard in 1961.

According to The Gaming Table (2017, 5th Ed.), the Portland Card Co. (Portland, OR) shipped these chips in seven colors/ denominations to Ray Legard, Oroville, CA, in 1961. These chips were likely used in the card room he bought in Eureka, CA, that year.
