The plaques are made in a manner where a litho coated stock is wrapped about a rigid cardboard core on the obverse... and on the reverse the litho coated stock is affixed covering all seams. A cellophane sheet is bonded to both sides as a protection... and made in the exact same way as a phonograph record album jacket; front, spine and liner -- except, of course, for the slit which would accept the actual record if it were a jacket.
