Originally owned by Casmiro Musso, and later by his son William (Willie) Musso. Also called "Rex Billiards" and the "Rex Cafe". Willie Musso moved to Nevada around 1950 to work for Harrah's Casino.

Mason & Co. sold 1000 of the "REX" chips and 3500 of the "Rex Club" chips to William Musso, 215 Georgia Street, Vallejo, California, in 1939.
