Opened with 35 card tables, which was later reduced to 25 licensed tables in the 1980s. From 1975 to 1998, it was San Bernardino County's only licensed card room.

Officially owned by Casino Plaza Ltd., John Mgrdichian was the majority owner and general manager. After his death in 1990, his wife Jasimine Mgrdichian took over ownership.
