Hotel, bar and coffee shop owned by Richard (Dick) Corradetti from 1938 to 1946. A card room was first reported in the hotel in 1940. Corradetti also owned the "Casa Blanca Club", the "Temple Bar", and ”The Tropics” nightclub and card room in Redding.

The "Empire Club" opened in the Empire Hotel in 1947, and Mayme L. Driscoll was issued a one table card table license in 1950 (see "Archive"). The club was open until the 1960s. Unclear when gaming ended.

Mason & Co. sold 2000 of these hub mold chips in five colors to R. Corradetti, Empire Hotel, Bar & Coffee Shop, 1237 California Street, Redding, California, on 4/7/1942, and on another date.
