The group casinotier JOA (Jouer Oser s´Amuser) realized on March 22, 2018 the acquisition of the total capital of Financière Royal Resort, company of head of the group exploiting hotel-casino Pullman of Mandelieu-La Napoule, the Pullman Cannes Mandelieu Royal Casino, from Checkers Capital and its other partners. Checkers Capital separated from this establishment, which it had owned since 2006, after the sale to the Barrière group of its Megève and Cap d'Agde casinos in 2014. The JOA group is the third French casino owner and acquires its 23rd gaming establishment. |
