4th, "Players Club", the first four lines beneath signature strip are in white print. Reverse logo is "Flamingo Hilton Casino Kansas City" in all white letters. Also, this issue has a pre-drilled 5/32" hole, which is smaller than the 3/16" hole on the above issues.
