In 1929 is constituted the Société des Bains de Mer, Casino & Golf de la Ciotat
to build a tourist complex, following the promotion of Ciotat in August 5, 1929
in classified station.
The Casino de la Ciotat – Plage survives after the war (1949 and 1950 seasons)
Just before the hostilities, a second facility was built: Les Flots Bleus, but
legal issues (delineation of the classified area) will prevent it from developing.
Operating seasons: 1949 to 2017 (except 1950 and 1985).
June 12, 1958 the company was registered as Société des Brasseries et Casino les Flots Bleus.Since 1986 she managed the games and food under the group
Partouche.
The Casino Les Flots Bleus opened in the late 1920s closed definitively on June 7, 2017.
It was replaced by Casino Partouche La Ciotat (in other building), which is the first outdoors casino in Europe, having a terrace with 1400 m2 where are instaled the slot machines and the gambling tables.
