Originally owned by G.H. (Fred) Beierle and called the "Sun Down Club". It changed its name to the "Sun Down Casino" in 1968. Fred died in 1972, and his wife, Lucy Beierle, took over management. Clyde Wing bought the casino in 1989. Occasionally also called the "Sundown Casino".

Above advertisement from 12/7/1962 (The Sacramento Bee). The city of North Sacramento was incorporated into Sacramento in 1964.
