A bar, restaurant, and card room originally co-owned by Manuel F. Picasno, L. C. Cardoza, and (briefly by) Joe C. Ornelas. Poker games are first raided in 1938 (see "Archive").

T. R. King sold 1300 of these large crown chips in five colors to the Ritz Cafe, J. C. Cardoza, 116 South J Street, Tulare, California, in 1946 and 1947.
