Licensed card room owned by Joe Vito Lo Conte. It was licensed under a non-profit benevolent organization permit issued to the McHenry Men's and Women's Club.

It was originally located at 5801 McHenry Ave., where the "Casino Inn" had previously been (see "Was"). Around 1995 it moved to 1023 South 9th Street, which had been the location to the "McHenry Kiernan Men's and Women's Club" card room, before it closed.
