The attribution of these H&C hot stamp chips is traced to Pfaender (2004) who reports that these chips were used in a card room, owned by Herchall Fore, inside of "Harry's Bar".

Mac C. McCombs was granted a license for two card tables in a room attached to the bar in 1967 (see "Archive").
