Bar originally owned by Kenneth Lazzarini and Richard (Dick) Williams. It was bought by James H. McKee in 1956, who renewed the club's card room license for a single table.

The bar had a prominent baseball theme, decorated with memorabilia and photographs of baseball players. Previously the "Rhythm Club" was at this address.
