Originally owned by Ralph A. Blair and Cecil F. (Shorty) Sterling. Sterling was arrested on bookmaking charges in 1965. During the 1980s, the club was owned and operated by Sue Rice (see "Archive"). Owned in the 1990s and 2000s by Danny Acosta Figueroa, who last had the Cibola card room license renewed in 2004.
