Owned by Raymond H. Shelley Jr. The card room was previously called "Pasali's Bar and Card Room" (see "Was"). In 1971 the owner moved it to the Sonoma Bowl, and changed its name. ACE stands for Action Card Enterprises (see "Archives").

C. W. Rice shipped the HHL "ACE" chips to Ray Shelly, Sonoma CA on 3/21/1971.
