Pool hall and licensed card room, sometimes referred to as the "Arcade Billiard Parlor". Owned by John R. Wooley from 1947 to 1967. The Staeffler Memorial California Card Room Guide (2010) also associates Manuel V. Morillo with the card room.

T R. King sold 200 of these small crown chips in two colors to the Arcade Club, 921 4th Ave., San Diego, CA, and J. R. Wooley, 1620 50th St, San Diego, in 1961. The latter address was Wooley's residence
