Majority owned by Michael (Mike) Lippitt. It opened with 12 licensed gaming tables, and originally advertised itself as having the largest card room in the North Bay. It became the ”Jok-erz Wild Casino” from 1998 to 2001, and then returned to the "Sonoma Joe's" name. In 2005, it became the "101 Casino" (see "Became").
