First owned by Sy A. Xin. Originally located at 135 East Washington, it later moved two blocks away to 146 East Market street. It was located in the middle of Stockton's downtown Chinatown neighborhood. Reported to have had four poker tables.

Previously the "Casino Club" was at the Washington street location, and before that the "Casino K" (see "Was").
