Owned by the Mehr family, which operated one of the largest bail bond companies in Orange County. Located roughly one mile from the "Bicycle Casino".

The club hired bilingual dealers, and marketed itself to a Latino population. It was licensed for 16 tables, but rarely ran more than four. The casino closed in 2010, and the buidling burned down in 2015.
