According to The Gaming Table (2017), the Portland Card Co. (Portland, OR) sold these SqInCr-mold hot stamp chips to Terry Loeser, Iron Kettle, Box 10005, Walport, Oregon, in 1981.

These chips had previously been attributed by Eastman (1998) to the High Hat Cafe, Firebaugh, California, open from 1937 to 1956.
