(Highly unusual, this is believed to be the only card that has the mfg. listed on the front! GTI stands for "Game Tech International". Similar cards are used at Wildhorse Resort in OR, Dakota Connection in SD and Virgin River in Mesquite, NV and more locations popping up.)
