3-1/2" diameter button for Summer Days Invitational Slot Tournament, held July 22-24, 2001. It appears that Betty Jean Shepherd was there! Reverse, bare metal but on the little part that's folded over, it states the button was made by Opportunity Village of Las Vegas - a firm that made a number of pinback buttons for casinos.
