It is unknown within the collector community if Bally's Casino Tunica actually implemented a Win Cards Program or not. Confirmation of the existence of this Program would be greatly appreciated. While Gaming International did work with Bally's Tunica to implement the Program, which resulted in the creation of these "Bally's" labeled WIN CARDS and a Tri-Fold Brochure, it is simply unknown if Bally's ever implemented the program.
