This boat was formerly the Cotton Club from Greenville. The Jubilation opened on 12-20-95 and was forced to close on 7-16-96 by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for failure to maintain the minimum bankroll requirements to cover payments on table games and slot machines. This short-lived boat was a complete failure in every regard, except for leaving slot card collectors with a nice legacy.

Cotton Club chips were used at the new location and name.
