Mug. Isle Of Capri Casinos opened four riverboat casinos -- two in Mississippi and two in Louisiana when both states began legal gambling using maritime boundaries on major river systems. At one point the Isle Cup featuring two parrots on each side and a legend with cities -- Bossier City,LA, Biloxi, MS, Lake Charles, LA and Vicksburg, MS sandwiched between the two birds. Was promotional item encouraging players to join the Isle Club. Period: Early 2000s
