1st, Trump Card Players Club, (Casino never opened and all known cards are blanks. According to collector Jim Kruse, "One dozen of these cards were sent to Missouri Gaming for Approval". These appear to be the only cards that survived and were obtained by collectors. However, time will tell if any more of these cards appear on the market.)
