In 1946 the Casino de la Conchée was built, according to the project of the architect Gautier. The casino had a bar, a restaurant and evening dancing, shows and baccara and boule. The casino was demolished in 1957. It was located on Boulevard Chateaubriand 40 in Paramé (a village that merged in 1967 with Saint Malo).
