Originally referred to as "Toot's and Gully's Eagle Cafe", and located at 819 Loring Avenue in Crockett. It shortened its name and moved to its current location in the 1970s. Robert Reynold and Richard Splain were granted a card room license for the bar in 1964, and Donato Pezzuto was granted a license in 1967. The card room was active long before that and until at least the 1980s. The bar is still open.

Advertisement from 5/28/1949 (Martinez News Gazette). The reference to "club rooms", likely refers to a card room. The photograph of Toot's at its current location is from the Toot's Tavern website.

This red plastic drink token, a little larger than 1-1/2" diameter. Toot's had a card table on the premises but games ended years ago. Was also known as "Toots & Gully" for awhile.
